What I Offer

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy offers a personalized, confidential space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change with the support of a trained counselor. Our approach is strengthened by specialized training in EMDR counseling, an evidence-based method effective for trauma, anxiety, and other distressing experiences. We work with a wide array of mental health issues, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Through compassionate, professional care, we empower clients to move toward healing, clarity, and long-term well-being.

Play Therapy

Play therapy provides children with a safe, supportive environment to express thoughts and emotions through play, their natural language. Our counselors are trained to use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based play therapy techniques to help children process experiences, build coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. We address a wide range of mental health, behavioral, and developmental concerns while collaborating closely with caregivers. Through engaging and purposeful play, children are guided toward healing, growth, and stronger emotional well-being.

Fill out an appointment request on the Distinctive Counseling & Consulting, PLLC website. Request Serena Grant as the counselor.

Step 1

The scheduling team will reach out to you to discuss paperwork and prices. Prices are based on income qualifications ranging from $0 - $70 per session. 

Step 2

Once all paperwork has been completed, an intake appointment will be scheduled. For Play Therapy clients, a parent consultation will be scheduled prior to meeting with the client.
